Delete your account
You can request deletion of your CourtsideView account and associated data here, including after uninstalling the app.
In the app
- Open Settings → Account and saved data.
- Choose Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If you are using a guest account, open Guest data and choose Delete guest data.
Without the app
Email us from the address on your CourtsideView account. Put Delete my CourtsideView account in the subject. If you used Apple Hide My Email or cannot access that address, tell us and we will explain how to verify ownership. Never send a password or sign-in code.
Request account deletionIf the button does not open your email app, send your request to teagan@courtsideviewapp.com.
What the request covers
- The in-app flow removes your CourtsideView account, profile type, sign-in associations, and app records linked to that account. A support request can also identify other records for deletion.
- The current public Highlight Studio keeps source video and rendered reels on your device; delete local copies there. If you used a separate private hosted-processing test, ask support to remove its project and include the project ID if you have it. Shared FanView, Team Scout, or Team Hub records may also need their link or page ID to locate them.
- Copies of videos you saved to your device's Photos library remain under your control and must be removed there. Deleting a CourtsideView account does not delete your Google or Apple account.
We will confirm the request, tell you if any record must be retained for a stated reason, and provide the applicable retention period. For details, read our Privacy Policy or contact support.
