If your request is urgent because a live match link is not working, include FanView urgent in the subject line so we can spot it quickly.

What to include

Helpful details let us reproduce and fix issues faster. If possible, include:

• Your device type, such as iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
• Your operating system version and CourtsideView app version.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• Steps to reproduce the issue, if you can repeat it.
• Screenshots or screen recordings when they help explain the problem.
• The FanView or Team Scout link if the issue involves a shared web page.

Please avoid sending unnecessary youth athlete personal details. If a screenshot contains player names or jersey numbers, only send it if it is needed to understand the issue.

• Download and availability: CourtsideView is available now for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and Android on Google Play.
• Scoring a match: CourtsideView is designed for quick match-day scorekeeping, roster context, rotations, and player stats.
• FanView links: FanView links are created when you choose to publish a live view from the app. Links are intended for people you share them with.
• Team Scout links: Team Scout sharing lets coaches and contributors review scouting observations through a shared web page.
• Live video: FanView live video uses your browser's camera and microphone only when you choose to start a broadcast. CourtsideView does not record or store the video.

Data and privacy requests

To request deletion of website signup data, FanView data, Team Scout data, or anonymous session data associated with a published share, email teagan@courtsideviewapp.com. Include the email address, FanView link, or Team Scout link/session that helps us locate the right data.
